History...
In 1996, Mr. James C. Tapp formed Summit Acquisitions Group, LLC, after holding various positions with Mobil Oil Corporation. Those positions included the development of new distribution channels, the merging of key distributors, and marketing and financial consultation to privately held distributors within the organization.
Before joining Mobil Oil, Mr. Tapp graduated from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point, where he spent four years in various leadership positions in the U.S. Army Infantry. Mr. Tapp finished his military career as a Mechanized Infantry Company Commander in the U.S. Army Rapid Deployment force.
